BS - Accounting from Mississippi State University (2008) I am a CPA and worked with a CPA firm in Greenville prior to joining Stein Mart in 1977. I remained in Greenville until 1984 at which time I transferred to Jacksonville, Florida as part of the Stein Mart corporate consolidation. I am still with Stein Mart and currently serve as Vice President, Controller. I currently live in Ponte Vedra Beach, outside of Jacksonville, and have two children: Clayton, III (30) married to Amanda with my two grandsons, Garrett (6), Ethan (2 months), and Greg (25). Both Clayton and Greg live in the Jacksonville, Florida area. I enjoy golf, traveling (particularly cruises), walking on the beach with my wife and visiting our condo in the mountains of North Carolina. I just wish it was a little closer to Florida. |
