Just to let you know that I am still in Mobile, AL, ever since 1968. Married in 1970, had one son in 1975, and divorced in 1979. I have been and still am a legal secretary with one of the largest law firms in Mobile. I have worked for the same firm and the same boss for 38 years. Hopefully, they will keep me around until I can retire. My son, Glenn Sewell, is now 32 years old. He also went to USM, Class of 1999, received a Bachelor of Music Education degree, and then went to Indiana University for his master's degree in Music Performance. He is a classical percussionist, working at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, performing in several community orchestras in and around DC, and has performed with the National Symphony Orchestra three times. Over the past year, he has taken up running (his girlfriend is a marathon runner). They came to Mobile and ran in the Azalea Trail Run last March. I have a black lab named Allie, and she and I bought a new house six years ago. We are very happy in our new home. My parents, Pat and Elaine Sanders, are still living. They retired in Meridian, MS, in a gated community (Timberlake) surrounded by three lakes. I go there several times a year to visit with them. They are doing well. I'm sorry I won't be able to attend the 40th reunion. I have already made plans to go to DC to watch my son and his girlfriend run in the Marine Corps Marathon.
