My novel about growing up in the Delta, WHERE THE LAKE BECOMES THE RIVER, (written under my pen name, Kate Betterton) will be available in bookstores nationwide on October 28th.For more details, please see my website at www.katebetterton.com.There's a page about the Mississippi Delta, and a discussion page, so join in! I will be doing a book tour in the Delta the second week of November. I'll be in Greenville at McCormick's Book Inn on Friday, November 14th from 4:00 to 5:30 PM, reading and signing books (maybe singing a bit, too).
